Craziness... the non-stop party, goodbyes, the BIG move

I dont even know where to start... I move to Denver in 5 days & yes, I'm moving for love & better opportunities! Damn right :)

Thanks to everyone that came up & met me sometime this month, it was awesome seeing you!! It means alot..

My last day/week at work was crazy hard.. its soo hard to let go of the awesome connections to have.. then my incredible boyfriend, Rob came to town for my goin away party weekend... we rocked in south beach, ft. lauderdale, and the hard rock casino... it was the best

Then spontaneously went with a real great friend of mine, Dave, owner of my favorite bar in FTL, Crazy 8s to Bartender's Bash in Keys on Monday am.. his friend had a house down there. Ended up staying with 12 of the most fun, real, great guys ever!! Not to mention they all are super hot!

We all partied like rock stars for 2 days straight. And no, I didn't hook up & no one saw my T&A.. very respectable guys & from the get I told them "I'm not hookin up, I got a boyfriend I'm absolutely in love with" and I threw in there that if I was single this would be very tempting & I wouldn't know who to choose! I'm not lying- look at the album!

My crazy feat ever: I entered the "dance" contest. And if you read the captions in the pics- no I didn't showed any T&A!! So then- of course I didn't win.. but thats ok. I did it because: I loveee to dance, plus I really was the best dancer there & hello, I COULD have one some extra $$. i was soo nervous & it was crazy.. but i had alot of balls at the time and seriously feel like in the last 2 months- I've freakin' grown up!

Anyway, these dude were a riot, super fun & crazy. Also- i saw guys be guys, and guys be girls (tempers, changing clothes), guy beefing with other guys, guys being gross & farting, guys be personal & sentimental- even heard some confessions that they just want to get find that one woman to love & spend forever with. Aww right!

Things learned (ok, now im preaching):
- who cares if your the only girl
- who cares who's gonna be there, go make friends!
- guys can be just like girls
- guys are dramatic
- i personally will always choose a group of guys then a group of girls (less drama, my sis is goin through some stupid girl drama right now & its so gay.. plus i think guys are more fun)
- do what you want & have fun & who cares what people think

Celebrate the small steps

In life there are times we get overwhelmed with everything that's going on. There's tremendous pressure as a young professional and in my life to reach the goals we've planned ahead. Just remember to celebrate the small achievements along the way- it'll keep you afloat when you feel like you haven't accomplished your "goal". 

I definitely don't know everything- but I will share the insights I've gained as a young 20 something trying to make it in this world.
